Direct Factory Support

DHS provides direct factory support to Eclipse users who purchase direct support agreements from certified integration partners.

Basic, Professional, Enterprise or Emergency

Customers can choose from a variety of direct support agreements that are available through our network of certified integration partners around the globe.

Field Services

System Startup

DHS engineers can assist your team in starting up a system at your customer's facility.

Our trained engineers can provide assistance with networking, panel startup, custom applications tailoring and general system commissioning.

Factory Commissioning
